Main activities
- Consultations and detailed opinions on matters relating to prohibited agreements. Preparation of extensive internal procedures for compliance with the antitrust prohibitions by employees. Conducting trainings for employees and overall support of the operational activity in all aspect relating to antitrust law;
- Consultations and opinions in connection with unfair solicitation of clients, misleading and comparative advertising, abuse of a dominant position, damaging the competitors’ good name, misleading, imitation, etc.;
- Conducting trainings for employees and comprehensive support of the operational marketing and advertising activities of the client in all matters relating unfair competition;
- Representation to the Commission for Protection of Competition and the court in proceedings related to antitrust law and unfair solicitation of clients.
